Delivery & Shipping

We will arrange for shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our own stores/ warehouses located in India. We try to deliver you the ordered product(s) within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending upon the address for delivery you have provided. As this process is outsourced to a third party and there are any circumstances beyond our control, we cannot give any guarantee for delivery time.   

The product(s) will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for product(s) signed by a person other than the one who has placed the order at the address provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of product(s) after delivery receipt. Any claims for shortage or damage must be reported to our Customer Care email on taarafans@gmail.com or Contact Us page on our website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ copy and returned to the delivery person.
